Refund policy

Due to the nature of our brand—each item being completely one of one—all sales are final. This is a small, independently run brand, and every piece is made, packed, and shipped by one set of hands with care and intention.

That said, I want you to love your piece. If you're not fully satisfied:

• Returns are accepted only if the buyer covers return shipping (with a tracked method). A full refund will be issued once the piece is received in original condition.
  
• Custom orders are non-refundable, but if you’re not happy with your custom piece, I’ll do my best to work with you on a remake at a discounted rate.
